Shipping policy

At Zavensox, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Transit Time & Delivery For all U.S. orders, the estimated delivery time is 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Shipping Method We use reliable international carriers to ensure your socks arrive safely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4. Tracking You can track your package via our "Track Your Order" page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zavensox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
